My journey into building materials began when I was 15 years old. Where I started to assist FRC Manufacturing (manufacturer of bolts) as a clerk and got involved with a township development in rural areas at 18 of age. I was given some exposures on "how to build productivity in people's lives through township development. Although at the time I did not realise, but they were moulding my thinking and consequently my calling.
It started discovering by chance but then my pursuit of it was on purpose. I say on purpose because many people will not invest time into increasing knowledge or embarking on a journey of growth and development of self & community, this is something that you would have to pursue ‘on purpose’. My mind was frequently wondering how many lives could be better, about creating my own productivity in living and how could I help others being productive too?
I became increasingly interested in human potential, life success & productivity, and so in my career path I always aimed as high as I could, inspiring, motivating and coaching my team and positively making a difference in the team. Looking back, my strength was in turning teams around in developing their inner core values and clarity in the values of work they give.

Today, through Like Armour Coatings, our team has grown so much, from zero to serving building owners including:
.oil & gas plants on steel fabrication
.shopping malls on concrete waterproofing.
.shopping malls on concrete waterproofing.
.exports of furniture
One blog post won't be enough to tell you all contributing factors that got me where I am now. Stay up-to-date. I am thrilled to share more and more of my journey into designing values in people's lives.
.
Love,
